Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your data from Botiq (botiq.kz), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Turdakhov (ИП Турдахов), at any time. Below is how to do it and what exactly will be deleted.

1. How to submit a request

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion".
  2. Send the email from the address your account is registered with. If you signed in with Google, Telegram or VK, tell us which sign-in method you used and your profile name or number.
  3. Specify what to delete: the entire account or specific data (for example, a particular bot, documents or conversation history).

We will confirm receipt of your request and, if necessary, ask you to confirm that the account belongs to you.

2. What is deleted

When an account is deleted, the following is removed:

  • account data (name, email, social login links);
  • created bots and their settings;
  • uploaded documents, price lists and the knowledge base;
  • conversation history with customers and leads;
  • channel connections — website widget, Telegram, WhatsApp (access tokens are deleted and the bot stops replying in these channels).

3. Timeline

Requests are completed within 30 days of confirmation. Backups are overwritten as part of the regular retention cycle and after that no longer contain the deleted data.

4. What may be retained

We may retain a minimal amount of data where required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan — for example, payment records for accounting and tax reporting. Such data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted once the statutory retention period expires.

5. If you chatted with a bot as a customer

If you chatted with the bot of a company that uses Botiq (on its website, in Telegram or WhatsApp), that company owns the conversation. You can contact the company directly or email us at [email protected] with the company name, the channel and your phone number or username — we will forward the request to the bot owner or delete the conversation ourselves.
