Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Botiq (botiq.kz, the "service", "we", "us") — a platform for building AI chatbots that answer based on a business's own materials. The service is owned and operated by Individual Entrepreneur Turdakhov (ИП Турдахов), IIN (Individual Identification Number) 830928301145. By signing up for or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Account

• You need an account to use the service — via email or by signing in with Google, Telegram or VK.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all actions taken in it.
• Please provide accurate contact details — we use them to contact you about the service.

2. Your content

• Documents, price lists and other materials you upload remain yours. You grant us the right to process them only to operate your bots.
• You confirm that you have the right to use the uploaded materials and that they do not infringe the rights of third parties.
• Your bots' conversations with your customers belong to you. You are responsible for informing your customers about the processing of their data in accordance with the law.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for:

• sending spam or unsolicited messages, including on WhatsApp and Telegram;
• fraud, misleading users, or distributing illegal content;
• selling goods and services prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan or by the rules of the channel platforms (WhatsApp Business Policy, Telegram terms);
• attempting unauthorized access to the service, other accounts or data, or creating excessive load.

If these rules are violated, we may restrict or suspend the bots and the account.

4. Messaging channels

When you connect Telegram, WhatsApp or other channels, you must also comply with the rules of those platforms. Channel availability depends on these platforms; we are not responsible for blocks or restrictions they impose.

5. AI replies

Bots generate replies using artificial intelligence models based on the materials you upload. Replies may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for keeping your materials up to date and for verifying critical information (prices, availability, timelines) before relying on it.

6. Plans and payment

The service is provided under the plans published on the website. Limits (messages, documents, price list items) depend on the selected plan. We may change the plans with prior notice to users; changes do not affect an already paid period. Payment and refund questions are handled on request at [email protected] in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. Availability and liability

We strive to keep the service running without interruption, but it is provided "as is": scheduled maintenance and outages are possible, including at third-party providers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages related to the use of the service.

8. Data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. How to delete your account and data is described in the Data Deletion Instructions.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may stop providing the service to an account that violates these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new version.
